  Melody if that's her real name is horrible. Very rude, never smiled, never offered to show me any phones just plain nasty. I asked her had she had a bad day or a long day it was so bad. (Her attitude) then her co worker said she came at 3 pm I was blown away. I'm thinking of cancelling my service and go to At&t or even Metro how bad this Lady was. I've worked all day and to be treated like that while I was motivated to spend my money.... No go

  DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! The customer reps care more about up selling and getting commission more than anything. I've been to this location twice in the past few months and they've screwed up my account twice which almost caused me to pay charges that should have never been there. If you need a store to go to, try the one on East West Connector. I at least feel like they are taking care of their people.
